After I make the purchase, how long will it be before I receive the registration key?

If you pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal or any other instant money payment, once payment has been accepted you will be automatically redirected to a web page which will provide your personal registration key. If you send a money order or wish to make payment by bank transfer, you will be notified by email when funds have cleared and will be directed to the website page where you can find your software activation key. In both cases email with registration key sent for you too.

Do you have a Support Center I can call for assistance when ordering a product?

Yes. If you have any queries regarding the purchase of your software please call our software registration company, PayProGlobal, who also deal with all orders. Customer Support is available 24/7 including weekends and holidays. There is also multilingual phone support in: English, Russian, French, Spanish, German, and Korean.

How are local taxes dealt with?

Many countries have varying forms of 'luxury goods tax' or 'sales' tax such as VAT, TVA, GST, etc. Our online payment Gateway company PayProGlobal is responsible for paying sales tax based on the rate applicable in the country the purchaser makes payment from.

I have paid for a license but I have not received the activation key yet

Orders are processed and delivered within 1-5 minutes of payment completion. You will be notified by email when you can access your software key code. Please check the 'Spam' section in your email account. If you cannot find an email with the activation key, please check the status of your order. Keep in mind if you sent a money order or made payment by bank transfer, more time is necessary to process order.

What payment types are accepted?
