Saving a document

To save a document, select the Save item in the File menu or on the General toolbar. If the document has not been saved yet, the Save as... command will be executed automatically.

To save the document under a different filename ( Save as...):

  1. Click the Save as... item in the File menu. A standard Windows Save a File dialog box will open.

  2. Select a folder, specify a file name.
  3. Click the Save button.
